Vogue Germany asked about thé Summer 2021 Drink. We present the Candelarian; a smooth and fresh yet complex layered drink. We mixed Santa Pedrera Mezcal together with Aperol, some Dutch Cacao Liqueur, a splash of fresh lemon juice and some sparkling water on top. Garnished with a home made boozy jelly for an extra kick. Expect a smokey, slightly bitter but fresh drink with a hint of cacao. Bringing joy on your stroll guaranteed.
